I’m Katie, founder of Radiant Origins Wellness and a precision health & wellness coach.


For years, I worked inside the conventional healthcare system supporting people with complex, chronic conditions. I saw just how powerful medications can be but I also saw the limits of a system that doesn’t always have time or space for nourishment, nervous system regulation, and real lifestyle change. I knew there had to be a better way to help people feel truly well, not just “stable” on paper.

That’s what led me to integrative and functional approaches that look for root causes, not just symptoms. I believe your body is incredibly wise and designed to heal when it has the right support food that actually fuels you, movement that feels good, restorative sleep, emotional resilience, and a mindset that’s grounded instead of burnt out. My work now centers on helping busy, high-achieving women and men who feel exhausted, inflamed, or “stuck” in their own bodies reconnect with themselves and create sustainable, real-life-friendly habits.

I’m a trained practitioner in the Living Light Metabolic Reset, a 10-week program I offer inside Radiant Origins Wellness to help you release stubborn weight, steady your energy, sleep more deeply, and support hormones and metabolic health in a gentle, evidence-informed way.
